Registration Instruction
Author Registration
| – | Registration page (external link) |
| – | Pre-registration page will close at Dec. 5th. Please register as soon as possible. |
| – | On-site registration will available at the registration desk on Dec. 20th. |
| – | Each paper *MUST* have at least one Full Registration no later than November 23rd, 2018, even though the first author is student or all the authors are students. |
| – | One registration covers one paper. |

* Registration fees include *
conference proceedings ( USB Stick ) and access to the conference, snacks / coffee for all days, a lunch for Dec. 21st, a City tour Dec. 21st) and the conference banquet ( 5,000JPY ) on Friday.
